Addiction Recovery Coach Professional Pre-Certification Program
Program activities:

This program will start students on the process of becoming a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach in Massachusetts. Students will build foundational skills and practices with a focus on peer coaching communication & wellness, mental health, addiction, cultural competencies, Recovery Coach Academy, Ethical Considerations. Career coaching, professional skills development, job search strategies, and resume assistance will be provided and contextualized to the human service field.

Other Schedule Information: Classes are generally held 2-3 evenings per week (6-9pm), Monday through Thursday. A week long CCAR Recovery Coach Academy is Monday through Friday, usually from 5-9 pm with additional self-directed homework outside of class. CCAR Ethical Considerations workshop is 3 evenings, 5-9pm While we understand that unexpected emergencies and life events occur, attendance is expected at all classes, and 100% attendance is mandatory to receive credit for the Recovery Coach Academy and Ethical Considerations.
