Find a Provider Find free SNAP Path to Work education and training opportunities near you. DTA partners with community colleges, MassHire Career Centers, and community-based organizations across the state.
Job retention services are intended to provide support to participants who secured employment during or after participation in another SNAP Path to work component. Initial proof of employment will be required. Thereafter, participants will meet with Wayfinder’s Job Developer on a monthly basis to address concerns and barriers to employment, discuss job stressors, changing family dynamics, budgeting, etc. Meetings may be in person or virtual.
Job Retention workshops include the management of transportation and childcare, clear workplace expectations and time management as well as exploration of career advancement.

Wayfinders serves families that are enrolled in a homeless shelter or community-based program. To qualify for SNAP E&T job retention services one must have secured employment during or after other SNAP Path to Work program participation.
