The Acute Care Nurse Assistant is a CNA who works in various departments of acute care hospitals. Students will acquire expanded acute care skills and increase employment opportunities in acute care settings. This course focuses on broadening the knowledge and clinical experience to include skills required to work in an acute care setting (hospital). This course covers the pathophysiology, treatment, and nursing care of various disorders/diseases.
