Pre-Apprentice Training
Program activities:

Participants engage in primarily hands-on training in construction training, as well as exposure to careers in the Building Trades.

Work-site training includes construction techniques in both rehabilitation and new construction. All instruction includes “green” training techniques. Training is designed to lead to full-time construction positions, apprenticeship opportunities in union-level jobs, weatherization technician positions, and other related employment.

Young people aged 18-25 who have their high school diploma or equivalent and are interested in starting a career in the construction industry, Low income, residents of Greater Boston.
