This comprehensive program offers tailored support and training to address the unique challenges faced by job seekers, particularly those from marginalized and underserved backgrounds.
PROGRAM COMPONENTS
Career Counseling – providing one-on-one career counseling to help participants explore various paths, set realistic goals, and develop action plans to achieve them.
Job-specific training: We offer training programs in high-demand fields such as healthcare, hospitality, construction, childcare, information technology, and customer service.
Certification Programs: We partner with local educational institutions and training providers to offer certification programs that enhance participants’ credentials and employability.
Soft Skills Development: This program is focused on effective communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, workplace etiquette, such as time management, and workplace ethics, to help participants thrive in diverse work environments.
Job Search Strategies – guided in a particular field to ensure all search tools are utilized.
Internships and Apprenticeships: Partnering with local businesses to provide internship and apprenticeship opportunities that offer hands-on experience in participants’ chosen fields.
On-the-Job Training: Collaborating with employers to create on-the-job training programs that allow participants to learn and earn simultaneously.
Employment Outcomes: Job Placement Rates: Tracking the number of participants who secure employment within a certain period after completing the program.
Skill Acquisition:
Certification Completion: Measuring the number of participants who complete certification programs.
Skill Improvement: Assessing improvements in participants’ skills through pre- and post-training evaluations.
