SNAP Eligible Clients



The Workforce Readiness Program at Mothers for Justice and Equality provides income eligible women and men with the skills and training needed to enter into the workforce. During the Workforce Readiness Program, participants enroll into various workshops which focus on topics such as:
Participants also receive weekly coaching and mentoring and help creating individualized action plans to support their career goals.
Eligible participants can also apply for new Chromebooks after completing our Technology course.
While participating in the Workforce Readiness Program, supportive services are also available to participants. Mothers for Justice and Equality has trained Family Advocates who are available to help participants in need of housing support, emergency assistance, childcare, transportation and more.
Upon completion of the program, participants receive certificates and a graduation.
