Organization Overview
Since its inception in 2011, Stone Soup Café has been dedicated to breaking down social barriers through our Pay-What-You-Can model, bringing people together around cooking and eating, increasing equitable access to healthy food, building solidarity, and cultivating a beloved community.

Volunteer Activity
Opportunities for volunteers consist of food prep; chopping vegetables, soup scooping, dessert prep, and helping in the Community Store with stocking, bagging pastries, and assisting the public with food choices during our Saturday meal service hours, supporting our facilities manager with final clean up of the day/night, meal serving, packing meal delivery and curbside meal bags.
Volunteer Schedule
Each Friday we have volunteer opportunities from 2:30-8:30 pm, and Saturday from 6:30a-4:30 pm.
