Next Leadership Development strengthens resilience in Black communities. It empowers youth and organizations with leadership skills, provides care for elders including food support, and builds collective action for climate and disaster resilience.

Community food support. Pack and deliver groceries to elders. Light check in calls to confirm wellness. Event and workshop support. Help set up rooms. Welcome guests.
