    TRA/NG Energy Infrastructure Academy
    Program activities:

    The Energy Infrastructure Academy (EIA) prepares candidates from underrepresented backgrounds for entry level to mid-level union roles with National Grid, an international energy company. Over 12 weeks, participants develop a combination of technical and soft skills, hands-on job experience with national grid staff, networking and mentorship, in preparation for full-time union role opportunities with earn-while-you-learn on the job training.

    Other Schedule Information: The program operates Monday-Thursday 9am- 2pm for a two-week period for Mental Toughness and then for eight weeks in the classroom followed by an 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday onsite mini co-op for two weeks at National Grid.
