Transitions to Work (TTW) is an extensive training program that enables 16 to 35 year-olds with disabilities to train for careers on-site at employers like CVS Health, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Cambridge and Charlestown, Boston Children's Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, the VA Hospital in Brockton, and NewBridge On the Charles in Dedham.

Retail Industry Training at CVS’s Mock Store: 5 weeks (including one externship week); 3 days/week
Service Careers in Healthcare at Longwood Hospitals: 7 weeks; 4 days/week plus Friday zoom class
After training, JVS staff provide coaching and support and work with graduates for up to one year to secure and maintain paid employment and develop a growing career.

Center for Life Science Boston (Boston Children's Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconness Training Classrooms): 3 Blackfan Street, Boston, MA 02115
CVS Health Workforce Innovation and Talent Center is accessible by all major Public Transportation trains, MBTA bus lines and trollies.
Center for Life Science Boston is accessible from the MBTA Green Line on either a D or E train as well as multiple bus routes.
Most of the training takes place at specific employer sites. The Friday class is held virtually.
