The Energy Infrastructure Academy(EIA) is to prepare candidates from underrepresented backgrounds for entry level to mid-level union roles with National Grid (NG), an international energy company. Over 12 weeks, participants will develop a combination of technical and soft skills, hands-on job experience with national grid staff, networking and mentorship, in preparation for full-time union role opportunities with earn-while-you-learn on-the-job training.
Resident of Worcester, MA over the age of 18 and one of the following demographics: Black, Hispanic or Latino, or women.
