Goodwill’s Human Services Employment Ladder Program (HELP) prepares you for a career helping others. This program includes an 8-week curriculum-based classroom training; an internship; resume preparation; mock interviews; career planning; and engaged employers ready to hire.

Goodwill is strategically headquartered in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston, convenient to the low-income neighborhoods of Roxbury, Dorchester, Mattapan, and the South End. The headquarters has immediate access to public transportation (the Silver Line and multiple bus routes are immediately accessible and Nubian Station, the T's busiest bus station, is a five-minute walk away) and offers an adjacent parking lot with 160 free parking spaces.
Goodwill Pioneer Valley Job Training Center: 245 Cadwell Drive Springfield, MA 01118
The center is located approximately a quarter of a mile from the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority bus stop. Only the internship is held on-site and the instruction is done virtually.
