Course Description:
100 Hour Nursing Assistant Training Program
Launch your healthcare career with our comprehensive NAT training program, designed to prepare you for success in the healthcare workforce.
- Hybrid Format: Enjoy the flexibility of online learning paired with hands-on skill training
- Immersive Digital Curriculum: Complete engaging, story-based coursework designed to deepen understanding and build real-world decision-making skills.
- In Person Skill Training: Practice essential NAT skills under the guidance of highly qualified instructors in a state-approved training lab.
- Clinical Experience: Gain real-world experience with supervised clinicial hours in a skilled nursing facility.
Upon successful completion, you will receive:
- A certificate of completion for both Nursing Assistant Training and CPR Certification
- Eligibility to take the Massachusetts State Competency Evaluation right in our CNA Lab.
- Credentials meet Rhode Island reciprocity and endorsement requirements.

Clinical hours are 6:45 am - 2:45 pm for 3 days at a local long-term care facility at the end of the program.
