Participants
This program aims to enroll unemployed and underemployed adults in the Franklin and Hampshire counties.

This 17-week training will prepare you for immediate employment in the busy HVAC industry. In order to support success, participants will be provided work boots, a Chromebook, tools, and lunches on campus as well as wraparound support services to ensure barrier resolution. Participants will also receive milestone rewards as they complete the course requirements. This training includes NORA Bronze Oil burner training, OSHA-10, EPA 608 training, and NATE HVAC Ready-to-Work. Your days will include hands-on learning opportunities with real HVAC tools and equipment, hands-on and online simulations, lectures, and discussions with your class. Once you have completed the 4-month training, you will have a two-month paid internship with a local HVAC company. There is an additional year of follow-up and support built into the program where participants will meet with mentors and their cohort monthly for questions and support.
