Transitions to Work (TTW) is an extensive training program that enables 16 to 35 year-olds with disabilities to train for careers on-site at employers like CVS Health, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Cambridge and Charlestown, Boston Children's Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, the VA Hospital in Brockton, and NewBridge On the Charles in Dedham.

Multiply underserved individuals with ADA qualifying disabilities. Cross-disability program serving people on the disability spectrum who are committed to securing competitive employment and growing their careers.

7 weeks; 4 days/week plus Friday zoom class
After training, JVS staff provide coaching and support and work with graduates for up to one year to secure and maintain paid employment and develop a growing career.
