Work Ready is a 4-week hybrid class focused on the foundational skills to find and retain employment. Participants learn resume and cover letter writing skills as well as gain confidence in interviewing and employment. Included in this class is an in-person computer class so participants feel comfortable applying for jobs with their new and edited workforce portfolio documents.

Clients also must meet with their case managers weekly, and there is also independent study for homework.

We have a reentry department dedicated to supporting those with criminal justice involvement.
Once clients graduate, they will have access to free courses and certificates when applicable: OSHA 10 | National Federation Retail Foundation Customer Service & Sales

Stipend
Graduation stipend upon completion of the program. This program is also an approved Career Service program through Access to Recovery, and participants referred through that program may have additional stipends offered.
