Program activities:
Participants receive job search help during our Para and Banking trainings. Once trainings are finished if they have not gotten employment they come into our building and fill out job applications with their coach. They will be receiving employment coaching and support until they are placed in a job.

Those who did not secure employment while participating in the ParaPro or Bank Teller training program will continue to receive application assistance, employment coaching, and support until placed in a job.
