Program activities:

Participants are provided individualized support through in-depth job placement counseling, advanced interview support, and referral to current openings that meet their training criteria and skill level. This service is by appointment only and is specifically designed for graduates of Youth Build’s skills training program.

Participants will have:

  • Individual meetings with case managers
  • Progress reports
  • Interview feedback
  • Resume revisions
  • Job search strategy
  • Employer contact record sheet
