Post Placement
Program activities:

CWS offers Job Placement and Retention services to participants who have secured employment while or after participating in another SNAP Path to Work Program at CWS. Services provided will be tailored to the individual . However, this will include off-site coaching, regular face to face to meeting , on site visits negotiations with employer, job coaching and problem solving for issues that arise that can impact job retention.
