Course Description
This course prepares students to take the Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC3) exam using Teknimedia’s online curriculum. Through interactive modules, videos, and hands-on activities, students build foundational digital literacy skills needed for success in education, training programs, and the workplace.
The course covers key areas of computing, including computer hardware and software basics, operating systems, file management, internet navigation, online communication, and digital safety. Students will also develop practical skills in common workplace applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
Teknimedia’s self-paced platform allows students to practice and reinforce skills through real-world simulations and assessments, while instructors provide guidance, support, and supplemental instruction as needed. By the end of the course, students will be prepared to sit for the IC3 certification exams (Levels 1-3 and Master) and demonstrate competency in essential digital skills.
