Program Activities

JVS Boston’s Career Path Now (CPN) program is a one-on-one career development program. Clients work with their own dedicated career coach to plan for their future. The coaches assist with planning training, education, and career goals, helping enrolled clients break through the barriers that are preventing them from achieving success. Clients can get assistance with resumes, job applications, and interview skills, as well as gaining access to JVS’s internal resources for free training certifications and financial coaching. Weekly meetings can be in-person or remote, based on what fits your schedule best. If you’re looking for a new or better job, let JVS’s CPN program help you get there.

Additionally, Career Path Now coaches can help clients implement a plan to meet the ABAWD Work rules, if necessary.

Other Schedule Information

CPN recruits and enrolls clients throughout the year. Clients schedule regular weekly meetings with their career coach according to their individual schedules. Coaches are also available between scheduled meetings via text and email.

Additional Information About Location

Services are offered in person at our downtown Boston office location with access to the resources of the MassHire Downton Boston Career Center. We also provide services remotely according to a client's individual preference.

For clients seeking in person services, our downtown Boston offices are accessible within a few blocks walk of the commuter rail, the Red, Green, Orange, Blue and Silver lines of the T. Multiple bus lines pick up and drop off adjacent to our building.

Our building is handicap accessible through the Franklin Street Entrance.
