Work in one of the most critical roles in the healthcare industry as a Central Sterile Processing Technician! Our 12-week full-time program teaches the skills needed for a successful career in a hospital, outpatient, or clinical sterilization setting. Our hybrid learning environment covers topics to prepare students to pass the national certification exam like sterilization, data management, and anatomy. All trainees will access classes, an in-person externship, and individualized job coaching at no cost! All trainees will receive a $1200 stipend.

Employer sponsored externships require 400 hours to sit for the National Exam. During training and post graduation the first 200 hours are met. Post completion of those 200 hours participants are hired by employer and are required to complete the remaining 200 hours of externship at the employer site.

Stipend
All participants are eligible for a $1200 stipend, paid in two installments at the half way point and upon graduation.
