Clinical & Support Options is a nonprofit community behavioral health agency providing evidence-based mental health, substance use, and supportive services to adults, children, and families across Western Mass. Through its Friends of the Homeless program, CSO operates emergency shelter, permanent supportive housing, and an accessible resource center for adults experiencing homelessness.
