The Pine Street Inn (PSI) Housekeeping Job Training Program is a 24-week, paid, hands-on workforce readiness program. The program is designed to help individuals experiencing homelessness build the skills, confidence, and experience needed to secure and maintain meaningful employment in the hospitality industry. Trainees participate in hands-on training sessions at PSI’s facilities, as well as workshops that address digital literacy, mindfulness skills, job readiness, and more. An Employment & Stabilization Specialist provides one on one support to each trainee, guiding them through career discovery, resume writing, job applications, and onboarding into employment. The Employment & Stabilization Specialist will continue to follow up with and support graduates for up to two years.
