Launchpad is Breaktime's three-week, cohort-based, stipend-paid program focused on developing young adults' job skills, financial literacy, soft skills, and personal growth. This program is for young adults ages 18-24 experiencing housing insecurity. We provide one-on-one support for participants to help them overcome barriers to finding stable employment.

Breaktime is closed on all federal holidays, with missed sessions being made up with additional sessions later in the program.
Remote cohorts are offered twice a year to better serve young adults unable to attend weekday classes. These cohorts meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00pm to 9:00pm for six consecutive weeks.
