Our Industry Internship Program (IIP) is open to Work Ready graduates. IIP combines a customer service class with on-the-job training within one of our social enterprises. Graduates from this program may be hired on for 3-6 months for transitional employment.

Clients also must meet with their case managers weekly, and there is also independent study for homework and Customer Service practice tests and office hours.

Stipend
Participants receive a weekly stipend for On-the-Job training.
Our Industry Internship Program is an approved Career Service program through Access to Recovery (ATR). Participants referred from ATR may receive additional stipends.

Enrichment workshops are taught live on zoom. Customer Service, Employment Lab and On the Job Training is conducted in-person at Project Place.
