Program Type
Program Activities
Reaching Advancement in Skills & Employment (RAISE) is a Career Coaching program for Refugees and Immigrants who have completed another JVS program. In RAISE, you will work 1:1 with a coach to advance your career. You and your coach will work together to make a plan to achieve your job goals, and your coach can help you with the next steps in your career advancement. This could include help finding an English class, getting your high school diploma, going to college, finding a skills training, and/or finding a job in your career path. For refugees and immigrants who have not previously been served by JVS, check out our Coaching for Advancement program.
